Mixed Development, Oval, London

A new development of 4 apartments with an office on the Lower Ground Floor, just a few minutes walk from the Oval Tube Station. This is a project where we acted as part of the Design and Build Team to deliver the development, following Planning Permission already being granted. We developed the design, together with producing the necessary drawings and specifications to provide this flagship development for our client. The building has terrific views towards the city from the top floors and provides comfortable, yet contemporary living accommodation across all floors. The building is very well insulated, with high quality doors and windows to reduce energy use and benefits from Photovoltaic panels on the roof.
