Roof Top Development, Fitzrovia

This is a project in the heart of Fitzrovia, London, where many of the surrounding sites are being redeveloped with new residential and commercial uses, but with additional height. Our client wished to add 2 further floors to their existing mixed use building, adding 6 new apartments. The building already benefited from light and views in both directions, with the BT tower dominating the views from the front. The project is in the design development phase.
