3 New Homes in the Green Belt

On the site of a car sales and breakers yard, this development for 3 large family homes has received planning permission. The site has large ponds to the north and good views to the south, with the main access from the west. Permission for a new road access allows the south of the site to be converted back to a more natural landscape, where it is hoped new habitats can be formed for local wildlife, using natural and indigenous plants. The new homes form a T shape, with a double height glass link joining the two main forms and creating a wow factor at the entrance. Each home is slightly different making the most of their individual setting, but follow the same basic forms and use the same materials.
