New Residential Development in Mitcham

Having received Planning Permission in Late 2020, it is hoped this project will move to construction during 2021. The scheme provides 9 new homes in the Mitcham Green Conservation Area, with a mix of large family homes together with smaller units and a purpose built disabled persons apartment. The road network surrounding the site is from a time where the use of cars was far less intense than today, with additional information needed to prove the site could be serviced properly. Constructing the new homes will also be a major logistical exercise as access is tight, small and from one position only.
