Holiday and Water Sports Village

This project looks to inject new life into a couple of man made lakes, formed through the extraction of gravels and clay, which are currently used by a fishing club. The project will provide a non-motorised water sports centre attached  to a holiday village, offering a wide range of activities from Scuba Diving, to sailing, rowing and retain some fishing. It would also provide an education programme on the sports together with the construction and maintenance of the boats and equipment, history of the lakes and Sustainable design. The development would be Carbon Neutral and produce all of its own energy, purify water and sewerage with construction materials and design limiting impact on the environment.
