New Mixed Use Landmark Tower

This feasibility project worked through with Roce Developments Ltd, looked at creating a new landmark tower over the roundabout at Islington Corner in North London. The scheme proposed to regenerate the area, providing a range of accommodation, but also renewing the Rail and Underground Station, creating a new Bus Terminus and a raised Park that all people could use. The tower included underground parking with Retail over, Office use above that with a New Hotel in the mid levels and Residential on the upper floors. All floors have an external space with planting facing the South East, creating a very green facade, that grows from the new park / Gardens below. A 2 storey viewing area sits at the very top, providing fantastic views over London, particularly to the south towards St. Pauls, The city and Canary Wharf.
