New Eco Stadium for Forest Green Rovers

This is our design which was a finalist in the competition to design a new stadium and training facilities for Forest Green Rovers FC. Whilst not successful in the end we received great feedback and encouragement from the owner and his team of experts. Working with Constructure, Max Fordham and EnPlan the scheme provided a masterplan for the New home of football for FGR. The stadium needed to have a 5,000 capacity at the start, but able to grow to 10,000 as the club progressed through the years. The brief required training and conference facilities and needed to comply with all the EFL, FA, UEFA and FIFA requirements in terms of design and facilities provided. The stadium also needed to be as sustainable as possible both in terms of its construction and in its use. Our design was voted the best in a poll taken by Stroud News.
