Extended & Refurbished Apartment, Kings Cross

This is a duplex apartment, using the Lower and Upper Ground Floors of a house that forms part of a terrace within Kings Cross, London. The project involved providing a new extension that provided a large double bedroom on the Lower Ground Floor and a fantastic terrace at the entrance level, linked with the main Living Area. The internal arrangements were adapted to provide a second bathroom and a small Dressing area associated with the new master bedroom. A small section of garden was also retained outside of the bedroom. The main living floor was flipped, pushing the kitchen to the main road side, whilst linking the Living areas with the new terrace on the quieter rear side of the terrace.
