Extended and Refurbished Apartment, Fulham

This was the first of 5 projects in the same street. The project involved adding an additional floor on the roof of this existing Duplex apartment on the First and Second Floors of this originally mid terraced house. The projects added 2 new bedrooms, with movable wall between so it was able to become an additional living space, linked to a new terrace with views towards the Shard and the city. It added a further bathroom on the  new half landing and refurbished the remainder of the apartment and original small terrace to the rear. The internal arrangements were opened up on the First floor to create a large open plan living area, with better access to a small, but newly designed kitchen.
