Mixed Development, Willesden

A joint development between a private developer and Brent Council to redevelop a large site on the edge of Willesden High Road. At the heart of the project is a new Indian Community Centre, replacing the existing inadequate facilities with a new bespoke design. The project included the possibility of retail and hospitality at ground floor level, with 45 apartments, split between Brent and the developer. This will provide a mix of size and tenure throughout the development, to suit the needs of the local community.
