Residential Development of Commercial Site

The site had previously received planning for 3 new houses, prior to our client purchasing the property. Working with the new owner, we developed a scheme that retained a large family house towards the front of the house, but created 4 apartments in a mews block to the rear. The site is restricted and proved difficult to resolve, as issues with heights and overlooking had to be well considered, but we managed to work with the planning team at Haringey to provide a viable scheme. Having received planning the project is now under construction as can be seen, with completion due late 2021.
