Extensions, Conversions and Refurbishment of a House in Chiswick

This home had already been extended and refurbished prior to our clients purchasing it, but they needed to add an additional Bedroom, adjust the Loft Conversion and upgrade the property to suit their own needs. The ground floor, already extended had a light touch, with just a basic updating to the work that already had been completed, with a similar approach to the existing First Floor. 

We added an additional Bedroom over the rear outrigger, having worked with the Planning Team to agree the maximum space that could be created. We also adjusted the existing loft conversion as entry into this room needed to be altered to suit the new bedroom, whilst the design closed off the front of the house, meaning it never received any sunlight. The room was completely refurbished along with the en-suite bathroom as part of these works. An Air-Source heat pump was also installed to help with the overheating experienced previously in the loft space.
