Refurbishment of Listed Home

This project refurbished and extended a listed building in Chelsea, London. The home had been extended previously, but not to a high standard and in ways that did not fully respect the original architectural expression, inside and out. This was a difficult project, as the original construction presented problems all the way through, emphasised by the level of alteration that could be made under the Listed Building Approvals from LBKC. The client was patient and provided sufficient time to resolve all of the issues as they arose, resulting in a fantastic home which he now enjoys. We worked closely with Birch House Interior Designers to finalise layouts, allowing service layouts and final material selections to be agreed.
