Extended and Refurbished House, Fulham

This was our second project out of 5 we have undertaken in this street, similar houses, but very different internally from each other. This project involved a whole house refurbishment and upgrade, together with 2 new Bedrooms and a bathroom added within a new a building on the roof. The Lower Ground Floor was also extended to the rear and opened up using some significant engineering, with glass roof elements between to bring in lots of daylight. The rear garden had to be dug out to lower it to the same level as the interiors, but this has made a real difference to the living space at that level. The project involved 2 construction firms, one to build the extensions and install the heavy engineering, whilst the other was a specialist interior design and fit out company. KDV Interiors worked with ourselves and the client to provide a very classy design, style and finish throughout the home.
