Extension and Refurbishment, Merton Park

This project removed an existing garage and lean-to utility area to the side of the house and a traditional conservatory to the rear. The project created a new open plan family room, with Kitchen, Living and Dining, with new openings into the formal Lounge at the rear of the home. The design also added a Bedroom with a new En-Suite Shower Room, as well as refurbishing one side of the home. The front section is very traditional and blends with the style of existing bungalow, whilst the rear becomes something a little more contemporary. The interiors are very monochrome in their finishes, in line with the requirements of the client.
